All orders come neatly and securely packaged in a fashionably stoned jewelry box. Each order comes with one gift box, even if multiple items are ordered. If you need more than one box for gifting, extra boxes may be purchased.

Packaging

Shipping and Processing

Most orders will ship within 1-3 business days. Please allow up to 5 days for processing. All items are handmade and have varying processing times. Free standard shipping is available for US orders over $100. Express mail and/or priority mail ETAs are only estimates. fashionably stoned is not responsible for any shipping delays.


Regarding lost or stolen packages, shipping insurance is available at checkout. If shipping insurance is not purchased by the customer, fashionably stoned will not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. fashionably stoned is also not responsible for undelivered packages if a customer submits an incorrect shipping address.


If I receive a returned package, fashionably stoned will not be responsible for

extra re-shipping fees. I ship anywhere in the world; all fees are calculated at checkout.

Returns

fashionably stoned accepts US returns for full-price merchandise as long as it is in the same condition as described on the product page and still has the fashionably stoned return tag attached. I can only honor returns through the following return process:

A written request must be filed by email to getfashionablystoned@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery (as proven by the tracking number). Please provide your order number.The return must be received by fashionably stoned within 7 business days from notification to fashionably stoned.Shipment fees to/from fashionably stoned to the customer will not be refunded.Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, you will receive a refund for your original payment method within 10-15 business days. It may be returned for store credit or exchanged for an alternate item within 10 days of receipt. To initiate a return or exchange, please email getfashionablystoned@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. The returned product must be in its original condition for it to be processed for return/exchange.

Please note that the customer is responsible for any shipping and restocking fees related to returns/exchanges.
